Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Rochester is proud to be the only locally based non-profit Credit Counseling Agency in the area. Over the last 41 years, we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people understand their options for improving their personal finances and getting out of debt- helping to keep their families and homes secure. CCCS of Rochester is a leading provider of credit counseling, financial education and debt management plans. We are non-profit, 501 (c) 3 community service organization that is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services. CCCS of Rochester is licensed by the NYS Department of Financial Services and is a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau, maintaining an A+ Rating. NCLR is a non-profit, public interest law firm which litigates precedent-setting cases at the trial and appellate court levels; advocates for equitable public policies affecting the LGBT community; provides free legal assistance to LGBT people and their legal advocates; and conducts community education on LGBT legal issues.
Free legal services to HIV positive persons, families. Spanish bilingual advocates available. All civil cases except divorce; no criminal cases. Ask to speak to someone in PILOR.
